I highly recommend Otis and Friends to folks that want a basset hound pup.  I immediately knew I wanted a pup from them when I saw the quality photos of a litter up for adoption online.  The pictures captured the pups personality and I immediately fell in love.  I was initially nervous about purchasing a pup that was several states away from me but the family was so helpful with the process and made it very easy.  I feel that Otis and Friends pay attention to the quality of care they provide to the puppies.  This initial care I feel positively contributes to the quality of the pups.  Our Olaf is a very healthy dog who loves to play, cuddle and is protective.

I may be a bit biased because Olaf has been the perfect dog for our family and we got him from Otis and Friends.  Our experience has been phenomenal, initial contact, picking him up at their home and continues to this day.  They continue to reach out and check on him almost two years later.   They answered questions in a very timely manner and are professional to work with.    

Otis and friends has been knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very detail oriented. Phoenix is beautiful and unique in color. He’s one in a million and a blessing to our family. I couldn’t have asked for a better family friendly dog. 

Great Puppies!! We bought two!!! Otis has great puppies. We bought Adele (for granddaughter) and Agnes (for adult daughter) last spring. They were VERY well socialized puppies and that is very important! They were easy to train and have become very important family members in each family. The dogs see each other when we travel and love to be with each other again. I would Highly Recommend buying a puppy from Otis and Friends.

Wonderful breeder/best puppy Otis and Friends were wonderful! They were patient with me, answering all of my silly questions and sending me updates photos every time I ask (which was a lot) to assure a perfect match. Our puppy is not only a beautiful Basset but he is the best behaved pup we have had. He had clearly been given lots of love before we got him. I would highly recommend this breeder and their beautiful Basset Hounds. We will definitely be back for more when the time comes. He had to be shipped to us in California and they were very communicative and informative every step of the way. Sent us photos of my baby at the vet and at the airport. Awesome people and awesome puppies!! This Otis family was amazing when selling us our puppy and very helpful even after our purchase!
